New Years Resolution

For 2012 I have two new years resolutions. They are to be healthier and workout more, and to take more risks. Most people think that new years resolutions are over rated and that no one really follows them. I really think that I will follow these and so far I'm doing pretty good. My mom and I signed up to work out at Trinity Fitness together on Mondays and Wednesdays. To stay on top of it and make us feel better we also hop on the treadmill and elliptical the days we aren't there. For the getting healthier part, I have been eliminating bad sugars, such as desserts and candy. I have also started to not eat too much noodles or hold back on the bread. Hopefully I keep up with this and get in better shape, not only for the body but to feel better.
Like I said, I hope I keep going with this working out ethic. Another thing I hope to get at is taking more risks. This doesn't mean I will be doing bad things, it just means I won't be as shy and won't hold back. For example, If I was at an LSU game and the person I was with knew someone, I wouldn't be shy and not talk; I would be outgoing and make friends with the person. I haven't had a chance to go through with this, but I probably will very soon.

  1. Good luck with your resolutions, Taylor. I like that you give specific examples of how you will put each resolution into practice.

  2. Those are really good resolutions! I know you have been working hard on being healthier, because you left my house without eating any deserts. Now, I'm stuck with an entire cake for me to eat myself...thanks!
